Visually, painting was Lloyd's first love. He proficient and prolific. However, there came a time when the paints and associated chemicals became too much. For a time, photography became a passion, both as reference material for his paintings and as a creative outlet in and of itself. Shown here are a few examples of his photography from our archive.  Each was  processed from the original glass plate negative.
